Many regular people do extraordinary
things. Not to get attention, just to do
the right thing. I believe that “acts of
kindness” are never “random”. They made a
choice with their inner extraordinary early in life. It is part of their moral code. It is an integral center of who they
are. The Dalai Lama XIV believes:
Our prime purpose in
this life is to help others.
If you can't help them,
at least don't hurt them.

From the outside, the good stuff
people do, may seem like random acts of kindness. In reality, there is nothing random about doing good. It is a behavioral, life choice. When faced
with an opportunity to do good – there is no question of, "Do I have time? Is it really important?" They just do it.
