You may have just lost your job, left your favorite jacket in
the rental car. (Fat chance of getting that back.) What else could go
wrong? A question we need to ban from our thoughts and mouths.
Replace it with, "What extraordinary thing can happen?"
Expect someone to do something extraordinary. They will. It may be
the person who races after you to return the boarding pass you dropped.
Your jacket may arrive by Fed Ex. It may seem like a little miracle, but it is not. It is the little things, like the paper boy
who makes sure the newspaper is on your step and not in a puddle.
If you expect good things to happen you will begin to see them happen.
